Cryonic MES
A complete manufacturing execution system for batch and sequence production. Receiving through shipping, with the visibility, OEE and traceability that legacy systems treat as an afterthought. Deployed on-premise, inside your network.

Operator-First Interface
Station state reads in plain language — not an error code requiring a lookup table. Large targets suit gloves, glare and a scanner in one hand, and the primary control never moves between screens.
Real-Time Visibility
Changes at the equipment layer push straight to every open screen. There is no refresh button because there is nothing to refresh. Active alarms carry line, station and duration.
OEE That Isolates Problems
A bottleneck at OP30 is not diluted by five healthy stations upstream. Downtime and lock-in tracking capture why a line stopped, and first-pass yield sits beside availability loss.
Genealogy That Holds Up
Serial-level rather than lot-level, so containment scopes to the parts actually affected. FIFO consumption and BOM backflush tie raw material to finished parts, containers and shipments.
Configuration Without Tickets
Parts, lines, stations, stages, BOMs, packout stations, OPC tags and label templates are all managed from the configuration dashboards by plant engineering staff.
Maintainable For A Decade
The real cost of an MES is the years after go-live. Readable data, documented handshakes and separated concerns keep the system legible to whoever inherits it.
One system, door to door
Material moves in one direction through the plant. Cryonic MES follows it the whole way, so the trail is unbroken by the time a part reaches the customer.
01 · Receive
Inbound material received against the order and put away to a warehouse location, with lot and container identity captured at the door.
02 · Produce
Stations report cycles, states and faults live. Material is consumed against the BOM and every part is assigned a serial the moment it exists.
03 · Package
Serials scanned into containers. Containers close on count, print their own labels and stay linked to the parts inside them.
04 · Ship
Containers load to a truck bay, shipping documents generate, and the advance ship notice carries the same serial trail to the customer.

Integration
Axiom
An ontology-driven data integration platform. Cryonic MES already calculates its own OEE and traceability — Axiom is the layer that connects that production data to the ERP and the other systems around it, modelling parts, orders, machines, shipments and events as linked objects instead of separate databases. Self-hosted, so operational data stays inside the network.

Ontology & Object Model
Source systems map into one shared model. A part links to its work order, its machine, its shipment and its customer record, so a question spanning MES and ERP is a single query rather than two exports and a spreadsheet.
Cross-System Integration
Pipelines bring data in from Cryonic MES, ERP systems, external databases, CSV and Excel, with stream monitoring and alerting so the connections between systems stay current instead of going stale.
Monitoring & Anomaly Detection
Dashboards, risk scoring and anomaly detection run on top of the object model, so alerts reference the actual entity that changed rather than a row in an isolated table.
Self-Hosted & Write-Back
Deploys on your cloud, on-premise or an air-gapped network with no vendor tenant holding operational data. Write-back capable, so action happens against the model instead of in a separate system.
